School day sails
School day sails are available from the R. Tucker Thompson during winter months only (our Day Sails in the Bay for visitors run from November until after Easter School holidays). During winter, depending on availability, day sails are available for school aged groups.
Up to 45 people can take part in a school day sail trip, and the price is the same regardless of age.
Two lesson plans can be delivered in during a single day sail but if a longer experoence with further lesson plans are required, we can arrange for overnight accommodation in a local campground or Marae.
Price: $60 per person, including handouts, BYO picnic lunch.
Minimum number: 20 passengers
