Terms & Conditions

This form is to make a reservation only. A booking will not be confirmed until payment is received. We will contact you to confirm credit card details and provide you with a booking reference number.

Reservations will be held until 72 hours of sailing date at which point they will be released if payment has not been received.

Bookings may be changed for another day up to 24 hours prior to sailing. Cancellations for bookings less than 8 will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to sailing without penalty. Cancellations for larger groups and whole ship charters will be only accepted 14 working days prior to sailing between October and May. If the above conditions are not met, the R.Tucker Thompson reserves the right to charge up to 50% cancellation fee.

If for any reason the ship does not sail on the day (due to bad weather or any other reason) then the next alternative day will be offered. If for some reason the alternative day does not suit, all payments will be refunded in full.

2010-11 Day Sail Rates (Please note Tax Increase comes into effect 1st October 2010):
Adult: NZ$ 135.00 (for payments before 1st Oct 2010) $138 for payments after 1st Oct 2010
Child: NZ$ 65.00 (for payments before 1st October 2010) $$69 for payments after 1st October 2010

Late Afternoon Sail Rates:
Adult: NZ$ 60.00 (for payments before 1st October 2010) $62 for payments after 1st October 2010
Child: NZ$ 30.00 (for payments before 1st October 2010) $31 for payments after 1st October 2010
